Laugh, Share, and Love TSSC68

I hope everyone had a wonderful Mother's Day! The weather today in New England is beautiful. It was warm and breezy with lots of sun, a perfect day! I worked out in the yard for a while then came in to post this card before I forgot again! I finished it a few days ago and was so busy that I kept forgetting to take a pic and post it. I remembered this morning right before I went to my mother's to see her for Mother's Day. Tomorrow starts a new sketch for Mary Jo so it was now or never. This is sketch TSSC68, and it was a really easy sketch to do I thought.
I used my favorite DP from SU. This flower stamp was one that I just bought at my LSS right before we left for Vermont. I just never got around to using it that weekend. I loved it the minute I saw it, I also loved all the other stamps I treated myself to for our weekend of stamping. I should have known I wouldn't get around to using all of them right away.
Supplies:
Stamps: Great Impressions, PSX
Paper: SU Choc. Chip, DP SU
Ink: Baja Breeze, Copics
Accessories: Stickles, Misc. brads and Michaels ribbon
Thanks for looking, I hope you liked my interpretation of this week's sketch.
Please come back soon to see what I have been creating,
Mary

Flowers for my Friend

This is the card I made for Mary Jo's Monday Lunchtime Sketch Challenge, TSSC58,
this week. I really like the sketches that she has and see myself using them on many of the other cards I make after the week has passed. If you like sketches or just want to see some other wonderful cards done with the sketch you should check out Mary Jo's blog.
This SU stamp set is one of my favorites because of the way it comes out coloring it with Copics. I decided that I would stay simple ( for me anyway) with this card. I love this new dotted paper that came in my SU 6x6 paper pack so it was used also.

Supplies:
Stamps: SU and PSX (phrase)
CS: SU Night of Navy, CTMH textured white, Neenah white and SU DP
Ink: Night of Navy and Copics
Accessories: Nesties, MS punch,Prima and Hero Arts flowers and misc. brads

I am back to school after a wonderful week off and looking forward to Spring and warmer weather. Please check back soon to see what I have worked on.

Thanks for looking
Mary
