Happy Tuesday! It is time for another challenge at Going Grey with Scrap-Creations. Congratulations to all the winners of the Kenny K digis last week, have fun playing with them!This week the challenge for Going Grey is Back To School! It won't be long before all the kids and myself go back to school. I picked these two images from Moe's Digital Pencil. When I am driving to school on the first day this is what all the bus stops look like, the kids holding their stuff patiently waiting for the bus. By the third day their stuff is all over the ground and they are running around!
For this theme I found it really hard to use Basic Grey paper for this challenge. Primary colors aren't my choice of colors most of the time but school screams for them. This was the closest I could come and still be happy with what I created. I painted and then sealed with a gloss the chipboard letters. The apple in the corner is a brad that I have been saving for a school card. Don't you like when a challenge pushes you out of your comfort zone and that's what it is all about, KWIM?
